Research Of Video Surveillance System For Plant Diseases Based On Tms320dm6446

TMS320DM6446 is used as a platform to build a surveillance system for plant diseases. We monitor the growth of plant and disease information by means of TMS320DM6446 captures and encodes the video of plant. We use nRF24L01+ wireless module for wireless transmission of image information. When the plants or the leaves generate spots, TMS320DM6446 captures the image and uploads it to the monitoring center through wireless module. After PC receiving disease images, monitoring center extracts the feature of disease and makes the feature as the basis of disease diagnosis. Through disease diagnosis, monitoring center gives plant disease names and the prevention recommends, so that provides a way for the prevention of plant diseases.
