摘要
We present our new formulation and material developments enabling high volume and high throughput printing techniques to be used for electronic circuit and backplane production. Performance levels in excess of 2cm(2)/Vs, comparable to spin coating are demonstrated for flexographic and gravure based printing techniques for both top-gate and bottom-gate architectures.
