During thermal analysis measurement, precise detection and control of temperature field in hearth is the core of thermal analysis and thermal flow information measurement technologies, which are usually characterized by high non-linearity, variable operation modes, strong coupling, and interferences, consequentially it has been impossible to establish a premise static process model. If factors influencing temperature field within the hearth could be described in a parameterized manner by a detection means obtained on the basis of multiple information, and a similar scaling function for three-dimensional distribution of thermal flow based on multiple data infusion theory to reveal three-dimensional temperature distribution characteristics inside the hearth and key heat exchange routines different temperature rise rate, we could intuitively view actual instantaneous distribution of temperature inside the hearth in a visible manner, extend system observation scope in terms of time and space, and improve reliability and resolution capacity of thermal flow data, which will certainly improve reliability and accuracy of thermal analysis and measurement
