Effects Of Cardiac Ace-Inhibition On Postischemic Microvascular Hyperpermeability And Endothelial Damage In Isolated Working Hearts
XIII WORLD CONGRESS OF CARDIOLOGY: FREE PAPERS(1998)
摘要
The renin-angiotensin system is involved in ischemic myocardial damage. The angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE-I) have been previously demonstrated to have a cardioprotective effects in vivo and in vitro experimental models of ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury (1,2). The aim of the study was to investigate. in isolated working rat heart. the effect of Enalaprilat on ischemia-reperfusion damage and post-ischemic coronary endothelial permeability alterations. We also evaluated the possible role of nitric oxide (NO) as mediator of ACE-I cardioprotective effects.
