Static barriers and lifetimes are computed for the superheavy double-magic nucleus (304)120 in a multidimensional space of deformation. The macroscopic-microscopic method is used to calculate the potential energy. Yukawa-plus-exponential model accounts for the charged liquid drop energy. The shell and pairing corrections are computed by the Strutinsky method. An asymmetric two-center shell model yields the single-particle levels. Dynamical approach involves the tensor of inertia which is obtained by the Werner-Wheeler method. The most probable fission modes of (304)120 include the emission of Cd-128 and Sn-132.
