Abstract

Endoscopic CO2 laser microsurgery represents a modem method of treatment in supraglottic cancer, with oncological and functional results superior to conventional surgical procedures. This study presents the indications, contraindications, limits and results of this modem therapeutic method, recently introduced in our Department.
