A Sar Superresolution Method Based On 2d Linear Prediction Extrapolation

A SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) bandwidth extrapolation method is presented to improve SAR. image resolution based on two-dimensional linear prediction extrapolation. The method uses the SLC SAR image signal model and the measured data as the prior information to estimate the 2D AR (Auto Regression) parameters. A lap-to-lap approach is developed for the efficient bandwidth extrapolation to obtain a large dimension frequency domain spectrum. Simulation and real measured data experiments validate the effectiveness of the paper's method together with the quantitative analysis.
