We have successfully treated two patients with malignant tracheo-bronchial stenosis using the combination of preoperative external and endobronchial radiation therapy (EBRT). and surgery Our new applicator contributed to the improvement of the treatment results and reduction of the side effects caused by excessive irradiation. Thus, EBRT is effective therapy as preoperative adjuvant irradiation for patients with malignant tracheo-bronchial stenosis.
