摘要
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Huayu Prescription (QRHYP) on cerebral infarction patients with windphlegm and blood stasis in collaterals, and investigate the potential action mechanism. Methods: Seven-two acute ischemic stroke patients with wind-phlegm and blood stasis in collaterals were divided into the treatment group (n=36; QRHYP) and the control group (n=36; Western medicine), and patients in each group would receive medication f or 3 weeks. During the treatment, we observed the clinical manifestations of patients, and measured the levels of hemorheological indicators, TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF 1 alpha and TNF-alpha before and after treatment. Results: 1) QRHYP worked much better on cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm and blood stasis in collaterals than the Western medicine in comparison of the good improvement rates and percentage of reduction in clinical neurological scores. 2) QRHYP could significantly correct the anomaly in hemorheology of cerebral infarction patients through reducing the whole blood viscosity, plasma relative viscosity, red cell assembling index and fibrinogen levels; meanwhile, QRHYP could decrease the content of TXB2 in plasm and increase the level of 6-Keto-PGF1 alpha, so as to ameliorate the dysregulation between these two indicators; furthermore, it could down-regulate the level of TNF-alpha in serum. Conclusion: QRHYP has a potent effect on cerebral infarction patients with wind-phlegm and blood stasis in collaterals, and is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice.
