Study On The Preparation Technology Of The Tripterine Oral Self-Microemulsion

Objectives: The tripterine microemulsion was prepared and its properties were evaluated. Methods: According to the microemulsion prescription, surfactants, co-surfactant, oil phase type and the proportion of the components were optimized, through the titration to study pseudo-ternary phase diagram, and the optimal formula was screened. Results: Isopropyl myristate (IPM) - Tween 80 - n-butyl alcohol - water were used as the composition of microemulsion, the mixed emulsifier (Tween80: n-butyl alcohol = 6:4) to oil phase (IPM) was at the volume ratio of 7:3, added tripterine with stirring, full mixed, and a bright orange-red transparent O / W type tripterine microemulsion was prepared. Conclusions: The tripterine was prepared into self-microemulsion preparation for the first time in this study, and the prepared tripterine microemulsion has good appearance and stability.
