Abstract
In this study, the genetic map of Luohanguo (Siraitia grosvenorii [Swingle] C. Jeffrey) was constructed with 150 F-1 population individuals using inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) and sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers. The genetic linkage map consisted of 27 linkage groups, and was, totally, 1474.1 cM in length. The average map distance between adjacent markers was 7.35 cM, the minimum distance was 0.50 cM, and the maximum was 52.60 cM. Further analysis using the composite interval mapping method showed that three QTLs (quantitative trait loci) associated with fruit fresh weight were sited on the linkage group 2, 3 and 4, and three QTLs for the fruit width were also located in the linkage group 2, 3 and 4. Five QTLs for the fruit length were located in five linkage groups, i.e., the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th and 11th, each accounting for from 12.39% to 32.95% on phenotypic variance explained (PVE). Two QTLs for the fruit index were located in the linkage groups 1 and 11 and each accounted for 24.95% and 23.19% on phenotypic variance explained (PVE), respectively.
