Excitation-Autoionization Cross Section Of Alkali Atoms By Electron Impact
XXVIII INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PHOTONIC, ELECTRONIC AND ATOMIC COLLISIONS (ICPEAC)(2014)
Abstract
The excitation-autoionization cross section of sodium atoms was studied as a function of the incident electron energy over the range from the lowest autoionization threshold at 30.77 eV up to 400 eV. The present data are compared with the similar excitation-autoionization cross sections for Li, K, Rh, and Cs atoms.
