摘要
We have experienced 114 cases of gastric carcinoma combined with other organ carcinoma. The overall incidence of gastric carcinoma with other organ carcinoma is 9.7% and its incidence is gradually increasing. 62 patients were synchronous and 52 patients were metachronous. The age of gastric carcinoma with other organ carcinoma is 5.5 years older than that of single gastric carcinoma patients. And the cumulative survival rate except operation death and other organ cancer was 87.7% at 1-year, 78.8% at 2-year, 75.8% at 5-year and 70.7% at 10-year. But 29 patients were died by the other organ cancer recurrence. In synchronous esophageal carcinoma and gastric carcinoma cases, 4 partial resection and 1 endoscopic resection were performed instead of total gastrectomy. in synchronous cases, to reduce operative invasions (minimum invasive surgery) is very important.
