摘要
This paper establishes the fault simulation model in three-phase sine-PWM inverter circuit. As having the phenomena of redundancy and imperfect information in the fault diagnosis, the paper diagnoses the three-phase inverter circuit with rough set-neural network, optimizes the structure of network and improves the diagnosis speed. The simulation result proves that this method can obtained better effect about the fault diagnosis.
