摘要
preterm birth is the leading cause of perinatal morbidity and mortality. infections play a leading role in the genesis of preterm labour. Recently attention focused on flogosis markers, being infection involved in preterm labour's pathogenesis: fetal fibronectin. interleukin-6. serum ferritin, vaginal pH. Our objectives are the individuation of a reliable and simple screening method to identity precociously vaginal infections in pregnant women. We systematically diet the following samples: vaginal pH: vaginal culture: cervical and serum IL-6 dosage: serum ferritin dosage: fetal fibronectin test (fFN test). 38 patients (39%) had vaginal pH value > 4.5. 75 (61%) < 4.5. There is not statistic significant difference between two group about age, parity, and gestational age at samples and plasmatic IL-6 values. On the contrary there is statistic significant difference about week of gestation at delivery, neonatal weight, serum ferritin and cervical IL-6 values.
