Bridge Cracks Monitoring And Alarm System Based On Video Frequency Scan

The safety issue of a bridge is an important social issue of great concern internationally. Among multiple contents concerning bridge safety monitor and check, the monitoring and checking on bridge cracks is one of the extremely important aspects. However, the prevailing bridge crack monitoring technique appears backward. This paper presents a bridge crack monitoring and alarming system based on video frequency scan, based on the prevailing bridge crack monitoring technique. This system overcame problems of general video frequency bridge crack collection monitoring and alarming system, which highly demands video frequency collection equipment, smaller monitoring range, poor at preciseness of checking and so on. Video frequency monitoring and alarming system complies with the requirement on bridge crack monitor and possesses properties of larger monitoring range and continuous monitoring. Therefore it is of more value of study and exploitation.
