An evaluation model of clothed human thermal based on seven parameters SD empirical equation is presented. The boundary condition of definite solution of the heat transfer equation and moisture transfer equation is described. Thermal comfort of 4 kinds of materials, which are cotton fabric, polyester fabric, wool-polyester fabric and wool fabric, is calculated. Numerical calculation of clothed and not dressed human thermal has been detailed analyzed. The difference between thermal evaluation index of clothed and naked human has been evaluated. The paper focused on the numerical computation of clothed body, solved the heat and moisture transfer equation, and obtained related parameters of clothed body thermal evaluation. Numerical result shows that proper numerical result could be presented by calculating the human-clothing-microenvironment system using SD empirical equation and heat and moisture transfer equation.
