The Study Of The Testing Angle Precision For Photoelectric Rotary Encoder

This paper analyzes and calculates the interpolate error of encoder, drawing a conclusion that high-harmonic wave is the main factor of the interpolate error According to the principle of multi-reading heads error eliminating. We drive the relations between the high-harmonic wave error and the numbers of reading head, so the error of the encoder is eliminated with four reading heads which are placed vertically to each other, whereby the accuracy of the encoder is improved.
