The Application Of Grounded Theory In Indigenous Research Of Organizational Behavior

At present, the application of the confirmatory research proceeded by the mature management theory developed and based on western circumstances has become the dominant trend in the management research field of China. However, the research is highly limited on both theoretical innovation and relevance value. The establishment of the management theory based on the circumstances of China has turned into a stringent problem, which also causes wide concern. Grounded theory which puts emphasis on the characteristics of being faithful to materials and natural emergence of theory provides the research of indigenization with a potent appliance. This paper does not only summarize and analyzes the current situation and trend of indigenization researched by organizational behavior of China and briefly introduce the conception and features of grounded theory, but it also analyzes the application value of grounded theory in the indigenous research of organizational behavior science.
