Simulation Analysis Method Of Synchronous Belt Transmission Noise Prediction

摘要
This paper presented a prediction method of synchronous belt transmission noise. Firstly, on the basis of the cause of the synchronous belt transmission noise, it is pointed out that meshing impact noise and transverse vibration noise are the main noise of transmission noise of synchronous belt. Then, the noise is predicted based on finite element analysis and boundary element analysis. Frequency domain response curve and noise distribution map are obtained. Finally, the experiment was carried out on the acoustic array test apparatus. The map of noise distribution of synchronous belt drive at different speeds and the curve of noise amplitude changing with speed are obtained. Through the comparison between simulation analysis and experimental results, the feasibility of the noise prediction method is obtained.
