Label-Free Nappa: Anodic Porous Alumina
FUNCTIONAL PROTEOMICS AND NANOTECHNOLOGY-BASED MICROARRAYS(2010)
摘要
Anodic porous alumina (APA) is a well known geometrically ordered inorganic oxide, honeycomb shaped, grown from ultra-pure aluminium by anodic oxidation. This material was used in this work as substrate for biological macromolecules hosting, specifically deposited to work using the NAPPA technology. After a surface characterization, intended to verify the compatibility of the micro-structured inorganic oxide with the NAPPA method, two detection approaches were tested, using fluorescence and electrochemically. In both cases the detection of the macromolecules were successful, even if a numerical evaluation still has to be performed.
