摘要
2020 celebrates the 250 th birthday of the famous German poet Friedrich Hölderlin (1770–1843). The author Hannes Rall co-directs Hölderlin’s Echo VR, a serious game for the permanent exhibition in the Hölderlin Tower, in close collaboration with the Hölderlin Museum Tübingen. This paper will unpack the connection between the requirements of adaptation and the design choices that define visual storytelling in immersive space. As such, it aims to create a better understanding of best practice towards methods of adaptation design in VR.
