摘要
•LPS increased the production levels of IL-6, TNF-α, IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-17A, IL-9 and IL-21 in HUVECs.•Treatment with 50 μg/mL and 100 μg/mL concentrations of Eritoran decreased the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-17A, IL-9 and IL-21 in LPS-stimulated HUVECs.•LPS induced higher levels of IL-6, TNF-α, IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-5, IL-13, IL-9 and IL-21 in PBMCs of high stenosis group both in monoculture and co-culture with HUVECs.•Treatment with 100 μg/mL of Eritoran led to a greater decrease in the levels of cytokines in LPS-stimulated PBMCs of HS group both in monoculture and co-culture with HUVECs.
