Abstract
U In order to evaluate the uniformity process of blended tobacco silk quantitatively and make the evaluation process faster, efficient and safety, the application of alcohol solution (separation liquid) to separate CO2 expanded tobacco silk (tracer), we established the tobacco silk blend uniformity evaluation method based on alcohol solution, using tracer blending amount after drying and floating quantity proportion coefficient characterization of spicy mixed silk process uniformity. The verification results show that the tobacco leaf blend uniformity evaluation method based on alcohol solution and method of YC/T426-2012 test results have the same trend, and the test results can effectively characterize the degree of improvement or deterioration across the whole process of spicy mixed silk.
