The invention discloses a high-efficiency bioleaching composite bacterial system. The high-efficiency bioleaching composite bacterial system comprises a functional strain and an auxiliary strain, wherein the functional bacterial strain comprises Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans ATCC 53990, the auxiliary strain is one or a combined strain of more strains selected from Acidiphilium cryptum ATCC 33463,Rhodotorula mucilaginosa ATCC 9449, Alicyclobacillus cycloheptanicus CGMCC 1.7014 and Sulfobacillus acidophilus ATCC 700253. The high-efficiency bioleaching composite bacterial system is applied to sludge dechroming engineering, an organic matter is consumed through heterotrophic bacteria with high acid resistance, the inhibition on growth of autotrophic bacteria is reduced or eliminated, the bioleaching effect can be remarkably improved, the leaching period is shortened, and the leaching efficiency is improved.
