Abstract
Of the 91 radiation oncology residency programs that are currently accredited by the ACGME, responses from 7 were received at the time of abstract submission. This survey may inform program directors about the current representation of women and URM in radiation oncology residencies. Furthermore, program directors may benefit from being aware of which strategies to increase diversity are preferred by their contemporaries. Finally, identification of strategies used to promote diversity in radiation oncology residency is critical to increasing representation of women and URM within the field.
