A novel mode composite transmission line (MC-TL) is proposed. The MC-TL integrates spoof surface plasmon polaritons (SSPPs) into half mode corrugated substrate integrated waveguide (CSIW) to realize surface plasmon mode propagated on the corrugated metal surface and TE0.5,0 transmitted in the substrate at the same time.
