Abstract
The paper deals with the influence of sintering and annealing on the luminescence spectra of yttrium oxide nanosized ceramics. We pressed commercial yttrium oxide nanopowder to pellets with subsequent sintering at 1500 °C for 1 hour in air. Some samples were additionally annealed at 1000°C for 10 hours.
