Extraction of Earthquake-Induced Building Damage Using Bi-Temporal Spectral and Height Data.

摘要
A novel method of building damage extraction using bitemporal spectral and height data was proposed in this study. The pre-event height data were first estimated from the pre-event spectral image using Conditional Generative Adversarial Net (cGAN). The pre- and post-event spectral and height data were then used in extraction of building damages with significant changes in height and homogeneity. The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed method outperformed the existing method.
