Radial well trajectory measuring device and system

The invention provides a radial well trajectory measuring device and system. The device comprises an operation module and an energy communication module; the operation module is arranged at the most downstream portion of an operation tubular column and can be used for measurement and drilling of a radial well trajectory; and the energy communication module is mounted at the tail end of a continuous oil tube, and is used for providing electric power for the operation module, and thus, data interaction between the operation module and ground equipment is realized. The energy communication modulecan control behaviors of a sensor in an optional radial well operation process according to the operation conditions and demands of ground engineers, the parameters of the sensor are adjusted, trajectory measurement operations are controlled, the flexibility of the operation is improved, the trip frequency is reduced, and the operation period and costs are saved.
