摘要

•Fluorescent LAMP assay using dried-reagent for Sri Lankan cassava mosaic virus was developed.•The LAMP sensitivity was 10,000 times higher than PCR assay.•The LAMP detected SLCMV from a leaf and stem without DNA extraction.•On-site detection of SLCMV was available using dried LAMP kit and thermos bottle.
