Optimizing Photoacoustic Tomography: Lymphatic Drainage from the Brain in Pigmented Mice

We report the development and results of an efficient optoacoustic tomography protocol based on a multispectral photoacoustic imaging system, novel contrast agent, and novel wavelength optimization technique to image the dynamics of the lymphatic drainage from the brain in pigmented mice.
