Betulinic acid protects against renal damage by attenuation of oxidative stress and inflammation via Nrf2 signaling pathway in T-2 toxin-induced mice

摘要
In the mouse model of T-2 toxin-induced renal damage, BA improved the ROS-scavenging ability, enhanced the antioxidant enzyme activity, reduced lipid peroxidation and regulated the expression of inflammatory cytokines by activating the Nrf2 signaling pathway, thereby exerting protective effect on renal oxidative damage by antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
