摘要

•Growing evidence indicated the critical impacts of vitamin D (VD) in prognosis of COVID-19 patients.•The VDR SNPs showed significant associations with severity, signs, symptoms, and co-morbidities.•VDR gene polymorphisms might thus allow the prioritization of those at greater risk for COVID-19.
