Fractional integration with singularity on the unit sphere

We study the regularity of certain convolution operators whose kernels have a singularity on the unit sphere in R^n. We prove the regarding Sobolev estimates. Moreover, we obtain a Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev type inequality for fractional integration inside the light-cone in R^n+1.
