Abstract
Even with currently developed radiological modalities, thrombosed intracranial aneurysms may be misdiagnosed, depending on intraluminal flow conditions. Intraoperative findings from craniotomy sometimes contribute to a better understanding of the pathophysiology and decisions on appropriate treatment strategy.
