摘要

•A turn-on fluorescent probe (CDM-C) was developed for H2O2 detection.•The probe CDM-C exhibited a large Stokes shift of 187 nm.•The probe CDM-C possessed favorable cell membrane permeability and low cytotoxicity.•The probe CDM-C was successfully used for imagingexogenous and endogenous H2O2 in living cells.•The probe CDM-C was applied for sensing H2O2in the zebrafish.
