Faster decay of neutralizing antibodies in never infected than previously infected healthcare workers three months after the second BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine dose

•Three months after second vaccine dose similar neutralizing antibody titres (NtAbs) were found in healthcare workers vaccinated 10 months after asymptomatic or mild COVID-19•Uninfected healthcare workers (HCWs) had lower NtAbs than those who were previously infected 3 months after the second vaccine•There was a faster NtAbs decay 3 months after the second dose in uninfected HCWs than in those who were previously infected•NtAbs were detectable 13 months after asymptomatic or mild disease in most HCWs
