摘要

•An all covariates-based association model was built to explain the risk of CAD.•The model incorporated both a gene-score and 8 lifestyle/clinical risk factors.•The gene-score was derived from ALDH2, ADCY3 and BCMO1 polymorphisms.•The findings may provide implications for CAD pathogenesis in Chinese Han population.
