Colchicine may Induce Isolated and Reversible Oculomotor Neuropathy.

Our report suggests that patients receiving colchicine should be followed prudently and, a possible iatrogenic origin of an isolated ocular cranial neuropathy must be taken into account, especially when other potential etiological entities are excluded by the instrumental and laboratory clinical investigations.
