Abstract
烟酰胺单核苷酸(β-nicotinamide mononucleotide,NMN)与烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide,NAD+,辅酶Ⅰ)是近五年来风靡全球的抗衰老成分,口服NMN后在体内转化为NAD+而发挥其抗衰老之功效.为揭示《神农本草经》记载石斛"轻身延年"之功效,该文首次建立了利用超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪(UPLC-MS/MS)同步测定NMN与NAD+含量测定方法,并测定了铁皮石斛及其同属近源石斛的NMN与NAD+含量.经方法学验证,该方法的精密度、重复性、稳定性良好,NMN与NAD+的平均回收率分别为77.58%与80.70%,RSD分别为3.6%与4.3%.34批样品测定结果表明,铁皮石斛的NMN含量高于其他同属近源石斛品种;鲜品铁皮石斛中NMN质量分数高达0.9319μg·g-1,意外地发现,仅有铁皮石斛含有抗衰老功效成分NAD+,且其含量更是高于NMN 3倍以上.这也许是铁皮石斛被祖先列为"九大仙草"之首的内在依据;同时发现不同的产地加工方法对石斛中NMN和NAD+的含量影响较大,其含量高低表现为鲜品>烤条>枫斗,提示食用方法以鲜用为佳.
