Abstract
蟾酥为干燥的蟾蜍科动物中华大蟾蜍或黑眶蟾蜍的耳后腺或皮肤腺分泌物,有毒,且质地坚硬,具有解毒消肿、止痛的功效.蟾酥炮制历史悠久,早在宋代就有铁上焙焦的记载,除沿用至今的酒制、乳制、滑石粉烫制,古代还曾出现焙法、煅法、汤浸、醋化等炮制方法,蟾酥炮制加工后更易于粉碎,且能降低毒性.现代研究表明,蟾酥主要的化学成分包括蟾毒内酯类、吲哚类生物碱、甾醇类等化合物,具有抗肿瘤、强心、抑菌、抗炎、免疫调节等药理作用.该文从蟾酥的炮制历史沿革、化学成分及药理作用等方面进行论述,以期为蟾酥的特色饮片炮制及现代研究提供参考,并为其炮制机制及质量控制研究提供理论依据.
