The utility model discloses a pre -charge technique, discharge and steam high -efficient water and the pollutant synergistic removal technique received of condensing is reinforceed in condensation heat transfer coupling, reinforces the flue gas and in condensation heat transfer effect, improve and receive water efficiency to but tiny granule, residual liquid drip in can the entrapment flue gas,condensable particulate matter and soluble salt etc. Thereby realize the pollutant component in the high -efficient synergistic removal flue gas.
