Abstract
The utility model relates to a system for hardening and tempering sintering flue gas to strengthen removal of various pollutants. The system comprises an airflow crushing and coupling electrostatic dispersion device, a screw feeder, a hardening and tempering agent circulator, a Venturi tube and a rotational flow nozzle which are connected in sequence, the airflow crushing coupling electrostatic dispersion device comprises a shell, a plurality of direct-current nozzles are arranged at the top in the shell, the spraying directions of the direct-current nozzles intersect at the center point, anda discharge electrode is vertically arranged in the middle in the shell; the conditioning agent circulator comprises a conditioning agent circulating tower and a conditioning agent particle size screening device which are connected in sequence; a powder outlet of the conditioning agent particle size screening device is connected with an inlet of the jet milling coupling electrostatic dispersion device; a control valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the Venturi tube and the swirl nozzle; and the swirl nozzle is arranged in an upstream flue of the electrostatic dust collector. According to the utility model, efficient preparation, transportation and utilization of hardening and tempering agent particles can be realized, the operation cost is reduced, and efficient and stable removal of particles under variable load can be realized at low cost.
