The invention relates to the technical field of energy, and discloses a solar high-temperature heat collecting and storage gas turbine power generation device. The solar high-temperature heat collecting and storage gas turbine power generation device comprises a combustion chamber, a solar heat collector, a chemical heat storage tank, a three-way valve A and a three-way valve B. The chemical heatstorage tank is provided with a high temperature side and a low temperature side. One outlet of the three-way valve A is connected with a compressed air inlet of the solar heat collector, and the other outlet of the three-way valve A is connected with an inlet of the three-way valve B. One outlet of the three-way valve B is connected with the low temperature side of the chemical heat storage tank,and the other outlet of the three-way valve B is connected with an inlet of the combustion chamber. A compressed air outlet of the solar heat collector is connected with the high temperature side ofthe chemical heat storage tank and the inlet of the combustion chamber, and the low temperature side of the chemical heat storage tank is also connected with the inlet of the combustion chamber. The solar high-temperature heat collecting and storage gas turbine power generation device consumes less fossil fuel, is longer in service life and has better on-grid electricity quality.
