SCR denitration catalyst for marine diesel engine and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to the field of SCR denitration technology, especially to an SCR denitration catalyst for a marine diesel engine and a preparation method thereof. The SCR denitration catalyst for the marine diesel engine uses honeycomb iolite porous ceramic as a carrier, ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2 composite oxide as a secondary carrier, V2O5 as an active component and one or more selected from the group consisting of tungsten, copper, cerium and magnesium as auxiliary active components. Through addition of Al2O3, a greater specific surface area is obtained, and more active components can be loaded; and through addition of SiO2 and ZrO2, phase change of Al2O3 can be inhibited and thermal stability of the catalyst can be enhanced, so the active components are better dispersed and the activity of the catalyst is improved.
