Abstract
Cognitive impairment,especially dementia,is common in elderly individuals and seriously affects life quality.Dementia is the most severe expression of cognitive impairment characterized by a progressive functional decline in one or more cognitive domains.The prevalence of dementia has increased dramatically,and the number of patients with dementia will reach 130 million in 2050 [1] .The worldwide prevalence of dementia among elderly individuals is approximately 5.0% [2] .In China,more than 220 million people aged over 60 years in 2016.
