Reply to Comment on: "Evaluation of Anterior Segment Parameters in Pseudoexfoliation Disease Using Anterior Segment Optical Coherence Tomography"

PEXG eyes have the narrowest anterior chamber angle parameters. There is a progressive decrease in angle parameters from control subjects to the PEX group to the PEXG group. Narrow anterior chamber angle and anterior chamber depth may have a role in the progression of PEX to PEXG. Detection of narrow angle in these patients may help clinicians manage the disease more properly.
