急性鼻窦炎(acute rhinosinusitis,ARS)是由病原微生物如病毒或细菌等引起的鼻腔和鼻窦黏膜急性感染性疾病,症状持续时间不超过12周[1].最近的一项研究表明,ARS的发病率约为18％[2].大多数ARS由病毒感染引起,0.5％～2.0％的急性病毒性鼻窦炎(acute virus rhinosinusitis,AVRS)继发细菌感染后进展成急性细菌性鼻窦炎(acute bacteria rhinosinusitis,ABRS).
