Design and experimental test of multi-functional intelligent vehicle for greenhouse.

It is known that modern greenhouse is a special area with the controlled temperature, sunny and other requirements for plant. Artificial spraying in the greenhouse will lead to low efficiency on plant protection operations and the danger of pesticide poisoning. This paper designs a multifunctional intelligent plant protection vehicle based on two working conditions of ground and rail, with two working modes of automatic and remote control. The mechanical structure of the system is designed with mecanum wheels, rollers and detachable medicine boxes, etc., which implements the functions of flexible movement and multifunctional operation of the plant protection vehicle on the ground and rails in the greenhouse; the design of the system software implements two operation modes of automatic or remote control of the plant protection vehicle; the design of the positioning system implements the precise positioning and navigation of the plant protection vehicle in the greenhouse, which provides a basis for unmanned operation. Field experiments on plant protection vehicles have shown that compared with manual operations, the use of plant protection vehicles for operations significantly improves work efficiency, effectively avoids close contact between workers and pesticides, and reduces the risk of pesticide poisoning.
